Star Trek Beta Journal: Welcome to Starfleet

Star Trek Online is set to launch in the not too distant future, something in the area of 45 days or so. The game is well fleshed out and has opened its doors for closed beta, but as with all new MMOGs there is too much to take in and then describe with any kind of context during those first hours of playtime.

So to kick things off TenTonHammer is going to look at some specifics during their beta journals up until the game launches. This week they’ll look at the first few hours of the game and discuss some of their impressions right out of the gate.
