What I always loved about the series is that it’s so simple yet at the same time so challenging. You play as Flo, a young female who newly opened up a restuarunt and is hungry for business. You are the waitress, the owner, the attendant and even the dish washer. It’s your job to do all of these tasks. Luckily, you don’t cook. But like I said, it’s really a lot more simple than it sounds. "
