With last week's vote guiding the hero to spend his hard-earned Turbine Points on an adventure pack, not everyone in the group had those same points to spend. So Massively spent their playing time gaining favor, which can be turned into Turbine Points.

I really wish authors would spend more time explaining and detailing things rather than being so focused on throwing a list together for yet another opinion piece. There's a ton you can say about all of these games and their ties to Pen and Paper roleplaying. Other than Armello, all of the listed games are inspired by various PnP RPGs, including Warhammer for one of them. Obsidian alone got much of their start in classic D&D RPGs and Dragon Age was their own take on many of their past creations molded into one that was even turned into a PnP game.

An MMO Universe is as big as the imagination of the developers who are designing new games. But the popularity of any MMO title is determined by the amount of people willing to play a particular game for longer than a few days.
If ya wanna lose your life lol! Did the mmo thing, and a few of them are great. Still have friends from each one and most still play 10 hrs a day. Now it's hard for me to find an hr a day to play anything.
