AATG: Vempire Review
AATG writes: "I’ve let this one brew a while. It was out four weeks ago, for crying out loud. Yet Vempire’s so utterly derivative of other genre-defining games that, like the child of a famous couple, it’s at times difficult for the unseasoned to assess in it’s own right.
It’s Connect 4 inviting Tetris and Rubik’s Cube round for a drink, with Bejeweled pretending not to know they were coming and Puzzle Quest protesting that the CSA payments are up to date. Soppy teen Twilight storms out in a huff and World of Warcraft loses itself in the cupboard, looking for a robe and wizard hat. Then Uncle Sony walks in and shouts at everyone for having fun without asking permission. Should they pay a fine?"
