Despite being a fairly low-frills package, Family Feud: 2010 Edition manages to keep things fun and fresh with its large amount of content. The game's label promises "Over 1000 surveys!" and this would seem to be true, as this reviewer did not see a single duplicate question throughout a single-player run and multiplayer sessions. If you're a fan of the Feud, this game is for you, provided you have some other people to play with.
Hollywood Chicago writes: "Several Nintendo Wii games have been released in the last few weeks that might be just what you're looking for when you do your holiday shopping this season. With so many huge releases like "Uncharted 2," "Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time," "Left For Dead 2," and more taking up advertising space, it's easy for smaller games to slip through the cracks. We're here to catch them."
Overall, both games are highly recommended. The questions and games are appropriate for kids of all ages. The games themselves don't take as much advantage of the wiimote and miis they use Ubisoft's avatar customization instead, which provides minimal choices in both look and behavior but all in all, you'll get quite a bit of fun out of these playing alone or with the family.
While there are better and more interactive party games on the market that can attract the whole family (like Mario Kart or Smash Bros. Brawl) an older crowd looking for a halfway decent rental may find this to be a passable experience. Anything beyond that… forget it.
