IGN: Painkiller: Resurrection Review

Painkiller: Resurrection features confusing level design just barely edged out by Call for Heroes: Pompolic Wars (which is terrible) and utterly unsatisfying enemy encounters only slightly more appetizing than the banquet of boredom that is You Are Empty (which, since you probably haven’t played it either, is also terrible). It’s a repulsive cocktail of inconvenience, design missteps and frustration that fails to entertain on any level. Quite simply, if you buy this game, you are wasting your money.
