Wow...I'm not a fan of realistic racers, and therefore didn't dig Forza 3 all that much, but I think a 7 is a bit low

I'm surprised by the 7 too. It seems pretty much the complete driving sim package to me although I did find the track repetition a little annoying.

For me a '7' means a good game, considerably above average but one which does not excel in it's genre. I scored it as such.

The game tries it absolute best to make the whole experience as passive as possible. You need to go out of your way to make the game better by tweaking all the settings to make the game harder. I am all for accessibility but Forza 3 took it way too far imo. Couple this with the ropey damage modelling, 'interesting' AI and a few other wee niggles and that's why it got a 7.
