IGN: Hero’s Saga Laevatein Tactics Review
Hero’s Saga Laevatein Tactics is about as straightforward as it gets on DS. It’s a game that doesn’t push visuals too hard, sounds decent, and follows other tactics formulas from multiple games with only a touch of innovation. The Arms system is simple, but adds depth, as does the soldier/hero battles and base capture element which feels pulled right out of games like Fire Emblem and Advance Wars. While Laevatein Tactics doesn’t challenge the best in the genre, it’s still a nice tactics offering.
