Game-Debate write "What is it with this? I blame the very first 'Secret of Monkey Island' game, where to prove yourself as a mighty pirate you needed to complete four tests. It worked so well it's now seen as par for the course. If they don't perpetuate it yet again in episode four, I'll eat my parrot.
But that's a minor gripe. This was my favourite episode so far."
Dan McKenney – Lair of the Leviathan is the third episode in the five-part Tales of Monkey Island series. We’re at the point in time where you have probably already formulated your own opinion on the series, and you’ve either forked over $34.95…or you haven’t. Like I once said in a review of Telltale’s “The Bogey Man”, you’re probably reading out of curiosity. But maybe, just maybe, you’re reading because you have been on the fence about Telltale’s take on Monkey Island, and you don’t think it’s too late to jump in.
Get some classic point and click action for super cheap thanks to pirates and silly sales.
From Gamertell:
"Telltale Inc. today (February 11, 2010) confirmed during the Macworld 2010 expo that it will, indeed, be releasing games for Mac.
Even better, the releases begin today (February 11, 2010) with Tales of Monkey Island."
Games can also vote on the next Telltale series style game to be release in March for Mac.
I got the free download from the official site. It didn't quite do it for me in the funny stakes.
