It's been about a week since Chillingo released a new game for the iPhone and iPod touch, and when compared to Gameloft's recent release schedule a week seems like an eternity, but they have finally broken that dry spell with their new game Underground.
Underground is a side scrolling graffiti themed shootem' up that utilizes the iPhone's accelerometer and touch-based controls to the fullest. The game takes you on a journey through an underground transport system with a graffiti artist who is battling inner demons and is on a mission to make up for a previous art crime. It sounds odd, but it meshes side scrolling action with graffiti artwork by the successful Mr Frames, so what's not to like?
