Given the name of the game, it is not surprising that the main focus is on the biennial battle between Australia and England for The Ashes urn. If you play cricket on your console, and nothing else, then you may never have to buy another game for the rest of your life. That’s not because this is a perfect cricket game (far from it), but because it could literally take a lifetime to complete the game. The Ashes is a 5 match series, with 5 days of "action" in each match. 90 overs are played in a day, so that’s over 2000 overs that you will need to bat and bowl for to complete the game’s signature series just once.
