2008 Game of the Year

2008 Game of the Year

We chose Need for Speed: Undercover for the 2008 Game of the Year for several reasons. This game has so many different options of cars you can choose along with many different ways to upgrade your car. It also has small video clips in between major missions that you have to complete in order to get further along in the game. The games small video clips feature real people acting out what happens before the mission. This Need for Speed provides the best graphics I have seen in many games that have been released this year. Unlike many games that have been released this year, this game has an actual plot that is understandable, and that is shown even better when you see the video clips before the mission. This is a game that once you start you can not quit until you finish all missions. In this version of Need for Speed you are now able to free-roam, and get in trouble and get chased by the cops. This is also the best Need for Speed that Electronic Arts has made in the many releases. You are an undercover cop, who is trying to stop several people different gangs of theifs and street racers. You and only a couple other undercover agents knows what you are doing, the other cops have no idea. The story all untwists in an epic ending that is far better than any other game. I would give this game a perfect score and recommend you all to go out and try or buy this game for yourself. Out of all the games this year we chose this one as the best and think that you would like it yourself.
