All PS3 Slim Bundles by the End of 2009

Seems GT5 is actually confirmed for this year. But im puzzled as to why Sony would bundle Tekken 6 with the Slim, when more people would have responded to a Modern Warfare 2 bundle. Also, if GT5 DOES get confirmed for this year, then the Need for Speed bundle wouldn't shift too many units.

I think they have a Tekken 6 Bundle because most people kno tekken from all the playstations so people may respond to that game.

You'd think so since those of us familiar with the series know how good it is, but a lot of gamers tend to go with what they already know *cough MW2* it's sad but newer ip's still have quite the uphill battle to gain the sales and recognition they deserve from the majority of people (even when the series is as incredible as Uncharted...)

We can only hope Sony markets it well for a change and people try something new so they can see a game that really sets the ps3 apart from the competition

actually, a GoW3 bundle probably wouldn't sell more than a UC2 one, and I'd also add that both will/would perform rather noramlly, nothing spectacular, which is not to say that both games won'T be spectacular though.

The first Uncharted had some very nice reviews, mostly 9s and 8s, yet it didn't actually shake the world with it's sales, and the same applies to the first two God of War games. All three of these games sold very well, but when compared to Halo, Gran Turismo, Gears, Final Fantasy or MGS, they aren't quite exactly "big movers".

In my opinion, it's clear that the GT5 bundle will be the best selling one, by far, same for the FF13 one in Japan, if there'S one that is.

just about all exclusives have demos on PSN, and if you were wondering yes there is a KZ2 demo :)

the dashboard on PS3 is called the XMB and you can have animated dynamic themes on it, which the 360 dashboard does not have

It's not like the games offered in them can't be bought in stores. If people know they want to buy a console, why do they stubbornly wait for a bundle to come out with a game they like? Is it really so much trouble to buy the console and a game separately if the bundle doesn't come out for months?

Ps3 slim with Uncharted 2 I would pick that up. DemonStalker Highlander has been put on the shelf to rest the game has been canceled from my understanding.
