The Wormy Dude Is Back
Mobile giant, Gameloft, has just released information on one of their current projects that will be sure to get old SEGA fans very excited. Earthworm Jim will be back in action, if Gameloft has anything to say about it. They are intending to release either a port of the original game, or a complete remake of it.
Details are a bit fuzzy at this point regarding what platforms will receive this retro title, but it is safe to say that mobile phones will be in the loop. Also, XBL will be receiveing Earthworm Jim later this year. The PSN may be getting it too, but it will be a bit later.
On a side note, Gameloft is very excited to be working with the mutant worm: "The game, with its humorous and edgy style, is a great fit for today’s gamer who craves a fully immersive experience that is fun and easily accessible," said Gonzague de Vallois, senior vice president, Gameloft.
