Empire Total War is an outstanding game. EVE Online is also a fantastic game. PC is having a pretty good year, but it'd be a lot better with Starcraft 2...
from the list I got Anno 1404 wich is a very good game.
But other then that, I'm just waiting for Mafia2 :)
