Star Wars: The Force Unleashed to get trophy patch

The Playstation 3 version of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed will be getting a trophy patch.

i love this game allot and i might get the sith edition. i hope they dont make that above 60 bucks cause if it is that a bit expensive for me considering it wasn't release with the normal version. i hope the patch is soon, but 2 month is not that bad.

Yea the original is like $30 now. Charging $60 for the sith edition won't be a wise business move.

I think this game woulda rocked even harder were it an action rpg. The story was too rich for an action game, they should have let the apprentice's character slowly grow.

ok, now that sold me. this is very welcome. these are the following games I would welcome for a trophy patch though:

-MGS4
-Soul Calibur IV
-SFII hd remix
-Puzzle Fighter HD remix

I'm still confused as weather or not the new Sith content is going to be DLC or on a new version of the game.

I'm pretty sure (just not certain) that they are going to be releasing the DLC for those that bought the game when it first came out, and then releasing a special edition for new adopters (i.e. a "GOTY" edition) with the DLC already on the disc.

The statement doesn't clarify the situation. It can be taken in two ways. The first the original game and the Sith edition will get trophies but the second the word "with" in there makes it sound the Sith edition will be the only one getting the Patch.

the Sith Edition must include the trophy support with the disk, not for a patch after be release. Well, since is 2009 ALL game coming after 2009 (re-launch or not) must include trophy support isn't? (This doesn't apply to greatest hits titles thought).

I just really can't wait to see whats the trophy list going to contain. I just hope they give a reduced price for those of us that paid for the Jedi Temple content. Only because I doubt LucasARTs will price the game over $59.99. So it would suck to make a lot of us pay an additional $10 for the new content, when we already paid $10 for the Jedi Temple content which felt way to short.

I thought this game was great. Although that bringing down one of those big ships was probably one of the most frustrating things ever in gaming history.
I'm a big trophy junkie and its really good to see another Pre-trophy game get a patch to include it. And some new DLC to boot.
Lucreto brought up a good point. The article almost made it seem that the sith edition was going to include the trophies. I think that would be a big mistake if they did that and would cause a uproar.
The Trophy list I'm sure is the same as whats on the XBox 360.
