MotionPlus Nearing 500K Units Sold

With every month comes a new analysis of how videogames are faring within the U.S. economy, courtesy of NPD. Data from June shows that – surprise, surprise – Nintendo is doing well.

What’s interesting, though, is the data on Nintendo’s latest Wii accessory, MotionPlus. The Wii Remote expansion, which adds one-to-one tracking of player’s movements, is on its way to breaking the 500,000 units sold mark.
