Wii, PS3 lead; Xbox 360 behind at Amazon
"Sales for Nintendo Co.’s Wii and Sony Corp.’s Playstation 3 lead, while Microsoft Corp.’s Xbox 360 fall behind in the latest sales data at Amazon.com.
"This week, Wii ranked the highest in sales among all three next-generation consoles with a No. 10 position. Several Wii products, including Super Paper Mario and the Wii Nunchuk controller also placed in the top ten.
"The PS3 follows closely at a No. 13 ranking. Available inventory for the 60GB SKU has helped the product keep a steady ranking at the online retailer.
"Meanwhile, demand for the Xbox 360 premium edition has dropped in the impending release of the new high-end Xbox 360 Elite SKU. The 20GB model currently ranks at No. 28."
