Seriously, at least do what Spores did and make it different. Give credit at the very least. I hope these aholes don't earn a single cent and get the game taken off.

LoVeRSaMa5837d ago

It looks similar but not the same...

I actully want to see what both Sony and apple have to say about this, did they call it flOw too? :D

DJ5838d ago

Is going to cause a big stink, as well.

Thieves are the lowest life form in the world.

Seraphim5837d ago

the creator gave out the source code for people to learn, he should have got a copyrights protection from person/company financial benefit from the his codes..

but also wrong other company to do that... but this is a free market.. you don't protect your works someone will steal and benefiting from it..

Cerberus21255837d ago

Yes he gave the source for people to learn, not to takes his work and sell it as their own, your comment shows that you'll do the same if you had the chance, you don't bite the hands that feeds you,he try to give people a way to learn a trade and instead of learning and create their own they still his hard work?.there are no worlds in the English dictionary to describe that type of people.

Guess they didn't realize that stealing an innovative title isn't the same as replicating a common game like a shmup or something like breakout.

If you beat Aquatica you get a beta key for Ketera's forthcoming Nintendo Wii title, "Petal"

Simco8763660d ago

Journey is an experience for sure. Check it out if you haven't.

trenso13659d ago

i always wanted to play this game fully i played the demo but didnt understand what was happening.

Simco8763659d ago

Thats kind of the point. You don't know. It's like just packing some bags and driving with no direction, you find direction along the way and form relationships. It's quite the social experience.

trenso13659d ago

you play with other people in this game?

Simco8763659d ago

you can meet people along the way, but you can't speak to them. Only motions and movement.

S2Killinit3660d ago

I didnt get to play this on PS3. Picking it up for sure.

rezzah3659d ago

hmmm I already own those games. All I want is Journey alone. I've beaten it probably nearly 20 times.

Memorable Music in Gaming #6

Chalgyr's Game Room writes:

We are at it again, with five more music tracks from video games that will stick in your head the way they did Hamza's. We have a pretty good selection here, courtesy of the home computer - no console entries this time.

Broken Sword: The Shadow of the Templars (MS-DOS) - Finding Nicole

Romantic scores are always a pleasure to listen to: Jerry Goldsmith's love theme from Chinatown, the saxophone-filled main menu music from The Blackwell Epiphany and Finding Nicole from Broken Sword are great examples. Nicole Collard is one of the major characters from the series and the primary romantic interest of the series' protagonist, George Stobbart. After listening to this sensual score, you too will fall in love with her!
