CellFactor: Revolution Update + Videos

IGN got a brief glimpse of a near final build of this physics-based arena shooter CellFactor: Revolution, something you'll be able to see for yourself on May 8 when it releases as a free download. As one of three classes players head into battle against customizable bots or over LAN in skirmish mode, or engage in a number of single player training missions against bots. The most attractive aspect of this title is obviously to check out how all the crazy physics work. If you don't have an Ageia PhysX card, you'll be able to play two of the five maps included, whereas card owners will have full access.

With complete psychokinetic control over her environment, the Bishop is fully capable of dispatching her enemies without the need to resort to firepower. With her psychokinetic abilities, the Bishop is able to pull and push objects in the environment, hurling them at her enemies. This telekinetic way of battling can be very surprising and deadly to her opponents; in fact, the Bishop is not only able to throw individual objects, but by using her Psi Cache ability, she can gather multiple different objects and send them flying toward the enemy simultaneously.
