ReconLIVE.net – Halo 3 3v3 Team Objective Tournament

On Saturday, June 20th ReconLIVE.net will be hosting a free 3v3 Team Objective tournament for Halo 3!

Tournament details:

Time/Date:

Saturday, June 20th 2009 at 12:00 PM PST.

Gametype: Team Objective (3v3). Guests ARE allowed.

Settings:

CTF 3 captures 15 minute match time limit.

Oddball 2:00 minutes. 15 minute match time limit.

King Of The Hill 2:00 minutes. 15 minut match time limit.

Starting Weapon(s): Battle Rifle.

Maps:

RL Construct (Default) – Matchmaking variant.

RL Guardian (Default) – Matchmaking variant.

RL Pit Stop (The Pit) – Matchmaking variant.

RL Narrows (Default) – Matchmaking variant.

RL Assembly (Default) – Not required. Part of the Mythic Map Pack. Matchmaking variant.

RL Blackout (Default) – Not required. Part of the Legendary Map Pack. Matchmaking variant.

RL Ghost Town (Default) – Not required. Part of the Legendary Map Pack. Matchmaking variant.

RL Cold Storage (Default) – Not required. Part of a standalone map release. Matchmaking variant.

All weapon spawns match that of Bungies version of the maps in matchmaking.

How will it work?:

The night before the tournament (Friday, June 19th) a chart with who your team will be vsing will be posted, along with the approximate time that you’ll be facing your opponents the following day. Also, our Staff Hosts will send you a friends requests to the Party Leader’s registered Gamertag. You are responsible for your teamates, not us! Please accept these requests and be on Xbox Live, ready to play BEFORE the time that’s posted.

Two teams will face each other, the winning teams will progress through the tournament.

Will there be a losers bracket?:

No.
