I hope MAG doesn't come out this year... there's just way too much coming out late this year. Aside from the Sony games (R&C, Heavy Rain, Uncharted 2, WKC) there's also MW2 (huge) and Assassin's Creed 2.

I think it would do best next year around Q2 when a lot of the FPS fans are done with MW2 and looking for something new.

I still have games from late '08 I haven't finished yet =[

White Knight Chronicles to satisfy my RPG cravings, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves because Uncharted is my first favorite PS3 game, and God of War 3 so that I can finally finish the story.

If they reveal some more plot details on Heavy Rain than yeah I'd be much more interested in it.

My most wanted E3 announcement is a simple little release date announcement for Heavy Rain. The sooner the better! Seeing some gameplay for the new Ratchet & Clank will be nice, too. Seeing more God of War, Uncharted, and MAG will be the icing on the cake, but I've already seen enough of them to be pretty excited (need to see more MAG to get fully amped up for that, but God of War and Uncharted are already at the top of my wanted list).
