No Xbox 360 Elite For Japan and Europe?

While US gamers are set to receive the upgraded Xbox 360 Elite next month – complete with a bigger hard drive and HDMI port for that extra high-def whizzbang – Microsoft has yet to confirm when the new-fangled console will be available in Europe.

Microsoft spokesperson Kate Szlendak said: "At the moment we have only announced details for North America and this does not apply to Europe."

As for Japan, Microsoft Japan will release a 120 gigabyte hard disk to the Japanese market at a price of 18,900 yen on 6/7, but nothing has been said on the release of an Elite console there.
