Midway has a buyer?

A couple of months ago there was a rumor that game publisher Midway was being shopped around, as a result of the company being in the middle of bankruptcy proceedings. Well now there are some talks about a few companies that might be interested: Ubisoft, Warner Bros, and a private Chicago investor. According to some sources, it has been said that Warner Bros is the front runner to acquire Midway.
