It's all-out war between Microsoft's Xbox 360 and Sony's new PlayStation 3. Charles Purcell tackles the question from neutral territory.
"One day your grandkids will ask: "What were you doing on March 23, 2007, Daddy?" And your answer might be: "Why, I was out buying a PlayStation 3 along with the rest of Australia, son.""
Gary Green said: We have a juxtaposition of 2D and 3D visuals, flashy turn-based combat, quirky anime characters with cheeky dialogue with plenty of partial nudity; Yes, this is a Compile Heart JRPG. Whilst the engine is borrowed from Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2, Mugen Souls is more of a Disgaea spin-off. It’s not a strategy RPG as such, it merely sits within Disgaea’s ever-expanding universe (Multiverse? Netherverse? Your guess is as good as mine). You won’t find cameos though, since Mugen Souls is a franchise which aims to stand on its own two feet.
Huzaifa from eXputer: "2008 was home to the likes of Call of Duty: World at War, Dead Space, GTA 4, Far Cry 2, Left 4 Dead, and many other hits, which is outright remarkable."
Just about every year in the 7th generation was great and something we most likely won't experience again.
2009 for example had Assassin's Creed 2, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Dragon Age: Origins, Uncharted 2, Halo 3: ODST, Killzone 2, Borderlands, Bayonetta, and Demon's Souls to name a few.
While the mainstream media always sees things turning in favor of the hero, here are 6 games that own being a bad guy.
Pretty much all of these games listed are based around a morality system you don't have to be bad and you don't have to be good.
It seems to have left out some real amazing games like red dead redemption 1/2,ass effect and true crime la/ny
Armored Core VI?
Ok, I'm really missing something here. Just beat chapter 3 earlier this evening, unlocked A-rank Arena fights. I'm not seeing or sensing any branching paths or morality system and I've done every side mission and arena fight available to me up to that fight.
Is something big coming soon to branch the story?
No mention of Grand Theft Auto? Saints Row (original trilogy), Manhunt? Also The Suffering (depending on the ending you get).
This is the most BS article ever lol.
"The exciting coming games for the 360 are Halo 3 (of course), Kane & Lynch: Dead Men, Assassin's Creed and Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfare II. Whether the coming PlayStation games Medal of Honor: Airborne, Army of Two, Mercenaries 2 and Battlefield: Bad Company generate more heat remains to be seen." yes because they just listed console exclusives...?
and "But will switching to Blu-ray Discs alienate people with a library of standard DVDs? " yes because you can't play your library of dvds...?
"Army of Two, Mercenaries 2 and Battlefield: Bad Company"
Are also on the 360?
"Assassin's Creed and Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfare II"
Will also be on PS3
Uh this story is f*cked up
Can we please lay off with the fan boy comments. Just read the article and have an open mind about it.
Alienate DVD owners??? How it plays DVD's also. This "article" is about as far from accurate as you can get. Most of the games listed are multiplatform as well. WOW. This dude is in serious need of a colo-cranialectomy lol.
They're not and never have been Fanboy comments but over the top truth. lol You agree with him and all of a sudden he's not posting a fanboy comment. lol He keeps it real more than anything.
Come on DEEP you got to admit the majority of the time he's only excessively correcting lies and exaggerations. He has a theory or two that are bases on facts and they end up most of the time being correct everything he has said has come to pass.
