Wow. Looks like it was written by a five year old. Anyway...these are my suggestions.
-Bring back some old maps
-Clan system
-Tournament/Ladder system
-Get rid of martyrdom and juggernaut
-Dual wield pistol perk
-NO vehicles
-Keep ALL guns and add new ones
-Dedicated servers
-Customizable characters
-10 prestiges level 55 (I hate the 65 one in WaW)
-After 3 team kills give the player the boot
-Ability to mute in lobby
-Record footage and save to HDD
-Larger variety of scopes ans sights
-Being able to select which weapon you want gold
-Add some weight to the character (if someone is carrying an RPD overkill with a Barret and the RPG perk, at least make them walk slower.)
-No spawn tubing for hardcore search. (i do it because everyone else does it. I hate having a disadvantage.)
That's pretty much all I want.

bring back the BOG map, too.. fix it this time. in cod4 that map felt like i was playing a xbl game - insanely laggy..
