As many of you are probably aware from news coverage on our site and across the internet, the Game Developers Conference (GDC) has been running for the bulk of the week. Because it's been going down in San Francisco, much of the info comes through at ungodly hours of the morning and generally in dribs and drabs. That's why we've decided to do a wrap up of the best information that can be gleamed from the conference that's in its closing hours at the writing of this article. So far this week, GDC has already told us that Max Payne 3 is on its way, Wolfenstein is looking pretty hot and R.U.S.E. is a "one of a kind" RTS. A new 'half-gen' console was unveiled, OnLive could well be the future of gaming (although it will most probably epic fail), and Duke Nukem is back. Controversial analyst Michael Pachter believes we're in the "last generation" of consoles, Valve have declared DRM dead, while a God of War III gameplay video has made its way online and Modern Warfare 2 has a release date and teaser video to boot. But all of that is just the tip of the iceberg, read on to discover the rest in convenient point format.

Look at this. The game is going to be released two days before the movie, but takes place after the movie.
The game will be stupid, the trailers are retarded.
Gamereactor were given a presentation of the award winning indie game Cortex Command at GDC.
A pretty amazing show in the end: much bigger than i thought it would be. It makes me wonder exactly what crazy stuff is going to be announced and happen at E3!!
