Whether or not it’s a serious mistake is a difficult thing to pin down, primarily because it directly relates to one of the major advantages of the Playstation Network (it’s free!). I certainly don’t think it’s nearly as big a deal as one of my fellow Examiners would suggest.

In case you haven’t heard or weren’t aware, Sony has recently instituted a policy that charges publishers and developers for putting downloadable content on the PSN. The fee is 16 cents per gigabyte of download. It may not sound like much, but it can really add up.
