So you’re sitting there playing your favorite game on your Xbox 360 and all of a sudden the screens colors do not look right or you turn on your console only to see three red lights. You call customer service and a multitude of things can happen, they say it’s your fault it happened, they say your warranty is up and you have to pay and anything else in between.
