Online versus mutliplayer coming to RE5?

Capcom have added and then removed a load of additonal trophies from the PlayStation 3 version of Resident Evil 5. The requirements to obtain the trophies make mention of a "versus" mode and a "survivor" mode, as well as a third mode called "slayers".
