Yes, we all remember arcade ace Afterburner – well, this is the air to the throne, Tom Clancy’s H.A.W.X.It’s a next-gen flight combat title from Ubisoft which is set to be a runway success on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.

Set in 2012, the storyline is, erm, well you soon forget about that when you’ve got bad guys at 12 o’clock.The gameplay is electric – with more fancy manoeuvres than Maverick on acid and enough heat-seekers to make Iceman melt.
