Daedalic tackles illiteracy
Hamburg-based studio Daedalic has partnered with the German Adult Education Association to produce a game to fight illiteracy.
According to a recent study, there are approximately four million ‘functional illiterates’ in Germany, meaning they have ‘severe problems reading, writing and calculating’. The project aims to help them improve their literacy ‘in a playful manner’.
