The Skinny: Conceived by fans of chiptune, Bit.Trip Beat is a rhythm game that’s set to retro 8-bit game music and controlled solely by tilting the Wii Remote. Scheduled for a late-February/early-March release on WiiWare, it might bring some much-needed freshness to Nintendo’s limping console (take it easy on the Balance Board workouts, maybe?).
