From the second you hit the menu on 3 on 3 NHL Arcade, you know this ain't your granddaddy's hockey. The rock pulsing through your speakers isn't just some cheap commodity, it's there to get you pumped for the action inside, and there is plenty of action for both casual and hardcore hockey fans.
As the name implies, 3 on 3 NHL Arcade is for the fans out there who want over-the-top action, super power-ups and a crazy metal head announcer with an arcade-like feel. There are no holds barred, as players zoom around the ice knocking each other over while fighting for the next power-up and a chance to get their stick on the puck. While there's an option to shut off power-ups, they help keep the action flowing and make the game much more interesting.
"Sports! Getting outdoors, getting physical, competing for glory… ahh, sounds great, right? But what if it’s too hot? Or too cold? Or the weather is bad?
Sports are great fun, and great fun to watch, but what do you do when mother nature doesn’t cooperate? That’s where video games come into play, and this week on the Digital Delivery, we’re talking about sports games on PSN!

So, let’s take a look at a pair of games, one of which you can get now, and one of which is coming soon." - Steve Perry

Why, hello again The Walking Dead. We seem to see you top these charts every time one of your episodes releases — in this case Episode 3: Long Road Ahead.
Maybe it’s your emphasis on great characters and story telling? Or maybe it’s the crazy outcomes of your in-game choices and how they affect later episodes. Either way, congratulations once again on Episode 3: Long Road Ahead and its dominance of the charts in September! Other respectable debuts include Jet Set Radio, Borderlands 2, and Tokyo Jungle.
Bravo to final fantasy 7 for still being the number 1 ps1 title 2 years after its psn debut.
but sony is in soooo much trouble.. Theyre sinking to the bottom lmao.. ya right
I had mixed feelings about this game when I first started it, but it has won me over now.
Sports games aren't really my thing but I keep hearing about this one, so I may have to check it out.
Out of about 20
Love it
Great Fun
I find it a little easer using just one player(position lock)
Each time I see a screen shot from this game I have to laugh... Totally reminds me of DK mode in Golden Eye on the 64. Fat head!
This is worth picking up for both PS3 and 360.
