Turbo Asylum: Killzone 2 Impressions
Guerrilla Games had a lot to live up to. Anticipation and expectation can ultimately doom a game, and from the famous E3 2005 trailer to the PS3’s dire need for a system seller, the Netherlands based developer couldn’t afford anything but a homerun. After playing the demo, let me assure you: Killzone 2 is a grand slam. The title, remarkably, lives up to the hype. Killzone 2 looks spectacularly close to the aforementioned trailer, and its now clear that Guerrilla has delivered an experience that is as visceral as it is polished, and as tantalizing as it is beautiful.
