"Sadly, Battle Fantasia lacks depth. The use of hit point meters, where each fighter has a different amount of life, unbalances the game too, making some fighters useless against others. What it does do right, though, is make the game fun and easy to pick up for those who aren’t experts – and that’s something few other games in the genre provide."
