The greatest way to measure a sports sim management title is to look at it and ask: does it feel real? Unfortunately, that answer with "MLB Front Office Manager" is a resounding no. 2K was on to something with the idea of a baseball sim title using the MLB license, but somewhere along the line they struck out with its execution.
