The 60 Biggest Selling Games of the Last 12 Months

Each year, at around this time, Edge attempts to tally up the biggest selling games of the previous 12 months. Using a variety of sources, we try to estimate sales of games across North America and Europe.

The top six are:

1. Grand Theft Auto IV – 13 million

2. Mario Kart Wii -11 million

3. Guitar Hero (various) – 10 million

4. Wii Fit – 9 million

5. Super Smash Bros. Brawl – 7 million

6. Call of Duty: World at War – 7 million
