Nintendo: "Join us on April 3rd and April 4th at 7 a.m. PT each day for a Nintendo Treehouse: Live | Nintendo Switch 2 presentation featuring hands-on gameplay of #NintendoSwitch2 games!"
"The Kosice-based (Slovakia) indie games publisher Grindstone and Bratislava-based (Slovakia) indie games developer Bitmap Galaxy,, are today very delighted and proud to announce that the full version (v1.0) of their cozy puzzle nature-building game “Preserve“, is coming to PC (via Steam) and consoles (PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and the Nintendo Switch via digital stores on May 15th, 2025." - Jonas Ek, TGG.
Former Assassin's Creed and Far Cry lead Alex Hutchinson explains that Nintendo will get away with their awful Game Key Cards.
Yet most games these days on Blu-ray's don’t even contain the full game or the game at all. But he wasn’t complaining when he was at Ubisoft tho.
Buying a physical box, just to open it for a glorified QR code is a shitty practice but I can absolutely see it becoming the norm sadly.
The enjoyment of owning something physically is going away, now its just a paid trial of services you never really "own".
thisnis definitely gonna bite nintendo in the arse in some way.
kids mostly use the consoles and not all parents know what to do with it.
also, what if u dont or cant use wifi ? lol
Hogwarts Legacy 2 could benefit from an expansion of the first game's enemy roster, and luckily, it has a large pool of creatures to draw from.
Couldn't go 2 sentences without bringing up JK Rowling's viewpoints (which are now acknowledged and supported by the UK Supreme Court). Time for all the "progressive" whiners to latch back on to reality.
3 straight days of Nintendo, nice. Hope switch 2 is a success like the 1st.
I have high hopes for tomorrow's presentation.
Nintendo console always have something different going on and I love it, Xbox and PS are always nearly identical in terms of console specs, and features. I enjoy the fact that it's always a surprise with Nintendo console.
I love a good console reveal I'd say it's like Christmas but that's yearly this is more like the gaming Olympics and there's winners (PS4) and losers (xbone, Wii U).
I'll be the first to admit I never thought much of the switch 1 when it was revealed and bypassed a good portion of its lifecycle writing it off then I got one and it became one of my favourite active systems
They played Silksong at a Treehouse event six years ago. What are the chances it will be returning at one or both of those events. 😄
