Nintendo Switch 2 Logo Leaked, Looks How You Expect

Someone has supposedly recreated the Nintendo Switch 2 logo to its exact measurements. We are really down bad waiting for this reveal.

@hiawa everyone's speculating at best same as project cafe for the Wii U there was two camps the it's going to be underpowered and it's going to be a beast.

We will see have to remember it's running on Arm architecture and has more modern hardware with access to more powerful toilets the pro didn't have

What does that mean who knows honestly they could just run everything at 540p and upscale to 1080 to save battery life or they could push the system.

Either way I wouldn't be upset with a portable PS4 pro equivalent

LMAO the switch 2 isn't going to be rocking 12 TFLOPS of GPU. if the rumors are true it will be max 4 TFLOPS and I'm gonna go out on a limb and say thats optimistic and with some caveats - unless they really want to up the price point. the CPU load is also brutally high on Flight Sim and the Switch2 is still a mobile SOC (Tegra2) whereas the SX (and PS5) is a PC CPU (AMD)

I play ms flight sim on my series X regularly (huge aviation geek). the rolling cache alone for terrain data streaming on my setup right now is 64gb and I'd still love to make it higher still but don't have space (I have 2 TB installed currently), and the current install with all of my planes and packages is at 176 gb. thats 240 gb for a not crazy amount of content. the updates to locations etc are usually around 3-12gb per update too.

Even the series X (and some PCs for that matter) can get bogged down when it has to re-cache the terrain/texture data and it has a waaaaaay bigger power draw (ie more cpu/gpu + the power to run them) vs a mobile which has to be waaaaay more efficient and use waaaaaay less power. If the switch could run like a series x, the battery would last like 15-20 min tops. and we already know Nintendo doesn't have a priority whatsoever on cpu/gpu power. they'll prioritize battery life and lower fidelity graphics just like the first switch bc that addresses the biggest pain points with a portable - battery life and storage. they'll suggest this is a better user experience - especially for their primary demographic: lower aged gamers, casual and family gamers.

The only way FlightSim would be on a switch 2 is via cloud streaming, which is fine. you just won't be playing it natively.

If it runs flight simulator, then it needs to be at least as power as the S.
According to OO, that is the most unbelievable part of the rumour, as he believes the switch 2 about as powerful as the ps4 pro.
