Theouterhaven: With 2025 almost here, here is a look at several action RPGs to look forward to for fans of the genre.
Elden Ring Nightreign is out on Steam and consoles. Unsurprisingly, the PC version is a crude port without any platform-specific features. There’s no upscaling or frame generation, the frame rate is locked at 60 FPS, and let’s forget about ray-tracing. We tested the game, and although it performs well, there can be random stuttering.
It's 2025 any PC game that doesn't have an unlocked FPS option hard pass, and no I'm not going to install a mod to remove that cap, the dumb ass devs, that's their job.
Elden Ring Nightreign removes every source of comfort players once relied on, turning each corner of the map into a place where fear quietly waits.
Elden Ring Nightreign may have overhauled the formula, but Shadow of the Erdtree might be the one that actually earned the spin-off title instead.
so basically just Path of Exile 2.
Monster Hunter definitely will take up most of my time for a while. Looking forward to seeing how Wuchang turns out, and Elden Ring: Nightreign could be the new co op craze like Helldivers 2 was for 2024.
I wish we could get a good anime styled game. Alot of em always so mediocre. Nier automata is bout the only I thoroughly enjoy it feels in depth and heart put into it.
