New IP with souls gameplay is always my preferred. They can do different eras, myths, fantasies. I'd like one with Chinese myth or Vikings. A scifi would be cool too. And yes, I know souls clones already have these out but I'd like Fromsoft's take.

A scifi game would be insane.

The surge 1 and 2 were good

Multiple Projects is always welcome specially from fromsoftware but if they make Dark souls 4 or Demon Souls 2 or Something like bloodborn or anything with Dark fantasy world's it will be more welcome

The rumoured roadmap a few years back stated Elden Ring Project, Dark Souls "4" project, Secret Project and Elden Ring 2 Project.
If any of that was true we might see DS4 and maybe (hopefully) the secret one was Bloodborne II.
A man can dream right?!! ;)

I think it was described as a fantasy game that would meet expectations, which was Elden Ring ofc.

They only published that (and only in Japan, I think). The developer was Silicon Studio.

I mean what more can you do with it? It feels extremely complete package, especially with the DLC

Cook whatever you want. I'll eat it all.

How about an official level editor for Boltgun?

I’ll get Space Marine 2 when it’s cheaper. I don’t pay more than half price for short games.

It’s easy enough to say that, but why? It feels weird to me when developers say this but common sense would tell you everything about the idea itself should work.

The idea of the concept seems like a winner at whichever angle you look at it so why would publishers not greenlight it?

… it’s almost as if the majority of publishers are massively incompetent at their jobs. But there’s no surprise to anyone there.
