Nintendo has launched a dedicated mobile app called 'Nintendo Music' for Switch Online members, allowing users to stream and download a variety of music tracks from the firm's wide range of franchises.
Available now on iOS and Android, the app contains music from new releases along with retro classics from Nintendo's library, and also includes the ability to hide certain tracks that may contain game spoilers, as well as extend or loop tracks so you can keep listening for longer.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons gets its first update in three years with version 2.0.7 ahead of Nintendo Switch 2 - read the patch notes.
The power of the Triforce is strong in the Super Smash Bros. series.
While Treyarch has seemingly already killed off the current Call of Duty Zombies crew, there may be more to their fate than meets the eye.
So along side the app that allows you to voice chat on the switch they now have a app that allows you to listen to music 2 app's connected to one account to use features for $20 a year.
Heaven forbid they launched this on the switch you know both app's but into one then on the switch with the music app being ported to your phones or another existing music app.
But nope youtube heck anywhere a large team of lawyers will take down anything song related to Nintendo to force you to use a app along with a paid subscription to listen to a set of music.
Heck spotify/youtube music/amazon music so many apps out there were you could have just put them on there or get a sirius channel something instead of another app.
Can’t wait for the onslaught of soundtracks on Yourube being taken down for copyright only for Nintendo to not put that music on their app.
ahh and here we have the reason why they started to copyright strike their music on youtube.
The app has a few genuine useful features like extended play and spoiler blocking.
Im not sure why people complain why it exists, it's adding value to NSO sub as for other music services why would they release their music on a competing sub? It's like people don't want Nintendo adding value to their subscription service.
