Because you use a broken and outdated engine. When I see the same bugs that oblivion and Skyrim had in a 2023 game maybe it’s time for a change.

Easy to talk trash from the consumers end of things. Its not the engine, its the type of game. Games with infinite variables will have bugs. I personally ran into more bugs in Baldurs Gate 3 than Starfield. One set us back hours and almost ended the play through. No one complained about that though. Understanding is key.

In the case of starfield it would have been nice of them to apply the user mod fixes though doing the undermap chest glitch or needing to edit a ini file heck another batch of user UI mods it was like i was back on windows vista quad core cpu gtx 200 series fighting dragons ha ha.

Are a bot or a Bethesda employee? All you do is simp for them.

@zombieburger638
I simply balance the equation. All people do is talk trash about them, so I will appear as an apologist.

THIS is exactly why you should not buy day one. Buy day 90!

Pathetic attempt to excuse themselves. Quality is not something you add at the end, it needs to be designed in and checked constantly throughout development. This was my mantra through 2 decades of development of AAA games.
There are many complex games out there but very few as unpolished and broken as Bethesda games and reading his dreadfully poor excuses we can see why.
Shockingly disengaged from the end user experience.

Big games will have some bugs and for a Bethesda game it was more polished than usual. The biggest issue was the game wasn’t very fun. The loading screens could have been lessened as well

Fallout 1 and Fallout 2 source code isn't actually lost, reveals former Interplay founder

Video Gamer: "Earlier this week, we released a story that the source code and in-development assets for both Fallout and Fallout 2 were lost. According to series creator Tim Cain, and as far as he knew, the source codes for both of the original games were destroyed. However, that’s not the case."

Ex-CoD producer tells devs to “be more like Larian, less like Activision”

Rubin: "Thank you! A lot of games, Call of Duty included just focus on how to make the most money possible out of the player base. They rely heavily on FOMO marketing and EOMM matches. But I feel like it used to be just more about the quality of the game which would drive players to play. And that means making the game more player centric. i.e. less engagement based tactics and higher quality experiences for the players. Better maps, modes etc. In other words your game should have a high player count because it's good and people want to play it rather than people playing it because the game has a $250M marketing budget. Everything is just said is very simplified as it would take too long to really go into it. One last simple analogy. Be more like Larian, less like Activision."

Lol the producer of xdviant a cod clone in every shape and way, including the micro & fomo is piss off his game getting shut down.

Sonyslave31d ago

Yet you work for another scummy company like Ubisoft that fight to flood single player games with useless battle passes, predatory microtransactions and to take away player ownership of the games they pay for.

This twitter post exposed this fool
