Borderlands 4 could use some updated features. Some fans think that Gearbox should implement an adventure mode to allow players to bypass the campaign and focus on side missions. Others just want the ability to skip dialogue.

I think some of the marketing for BL2 was similar. It probably has to do with all possible combinations of guns and gun parts you can find.
So is this like the original vision for Borderlands, where you mix and match gun parts, but then later was changed for some reason.

Hopefully much better writing. Handsome Jack was brilliant when BL2 first launched, but it really went down in 3. I couldn't stand the direction it took.
I Platinumed BL2 on PS3, PS4, Vita and was even working on doing it again on PSVR2. It became a game I could continuously return to, like Skyrim. I never played more than 10 hours of BL3. It just didn't click with me.
UE5... There goes any reasonable hope of decent and steady performance.
