Nintendo Edges Out Activision-Blizzard in U.S. Games Market
By now, it’s well-known that Nintendo was the most successful console manufacturer in 2008, but it was also the strongest U.S. game publisher in terms of market share.
The Big N’s first-party titles accounted for 17.7 percent of U.S. game sales, narrowly beating Activision-Blizzard’s 16.1 percent. The entire top ten list for market share can be read at TGR.
