The Division 2 known issues as of July 2024 has been revealed, and a lot of fixes are planned to be released as part of TU21.2.
Players of The Division 2 hoping to see The Division 2 crossplay implemented soon. It seems that won't be happening anytime according to devs and they explain why. Season 2 discussed as well.
Good, the reason I'm saying that is I'm one of those people that plays the division strictly in single player and Co-op play.
cross-play it's going to cause them to focus on the PVP elements even more, when they're just making really good headway finally, with a lot of the persisting problems and features that launched with the game.
I really don't think they need tons of distractions at this point,
make the next one with cross-play but implemented at the beginning, then you'll know where you stand with your problems.
balance problems, glitches, all of the things introduced whenever you put new content, this would just slow down the process even more, because you're going to have all sorts of technical problems implementing cross-play and trying to figure out where they intersect.
It'll grind the game to a halt.
Not that it matters at this point. Poor recent decisions are already killing this game anyway.
Ubisoft has outlined a ton of The Division 2 upcoming PvP changes that are now being tested on the PTS for PC!
Dark zones is just not fun, they can do whatever thy want but that doesn't chance the fact dark zones is boring and irritating, especially the pvp part, doesn't work. It was actually better in the division 1 with one big dark zone, now it's totally dead.
Negative effects are being reduced. Massive announced that it will also make two requested changes with this patch: The studio is reworking skill and weapon mods.
