55m is perfect. Sony ! Yoooo! Look at this 😎. Let's go, y'all can start putting a bunch of games out

20-30 hours is a decent length. I generally do everything so I’ll be towards that 30 mark. I don’t mind shorter games but I don’t pay full price for them. I’m glad this isn’t short

And it seems like it'll probably have some replayability with the multiple endings.

it needs to sell a minimum of 1M units to start to make a profit

I am guessing it will need to sell a bit more than that to profit as retailers take a percentage and budgets don't usually include any advertisement of the game. But I do like that this is a relatively low budget so they should do very well!

More recently, as more of Phantom Blade Zero has been shown, it's been compared favourably to the Ninja Gaiden series for its combo-led combat. So where exactly does it sit on this spectrum?

Black Myth WuKong was great. Even if they don’t surpass it and just come close to as good that is a win in my eyes as that’s how good Black Myth was to me

Phantom Blade Zero made the bold decision to include difficult settings so this instantly opens up the game to more people and increased potential of success. Given that Black Myth WuKong was a low 80s rated game this leaves a lot of room for a higher score.
