Killing Floor 3 was first announced last year, marking the beginning of the end of a near-decade wait for the PS5 and Xbox sequel. Now, Embracer's revealed it should reach our screens by the end of the financial year.

Nice to see a KF game with modern and actually up to date graphics, there's much we still don't know though. Apparently classes are tied to characters, and it looks like survivors can crawl (maybe incapped?) and also get pinned and killed by zeds performing finishing moves.. I dunno, those things are fairly big changes to the core game alone.
I would have to play it to see how I feel about it, the reason VS mode didn't take off in KF2 was because the zerds had tacked on VS player controls instead of them being designed for it from the start. Also no campaign or A-B mode meant that VS became a camp fest for the survivors..
There's also still no standard campaign if I had to guess now, they always add an objective mode later. Maybe their team isn't big enough to add a decent campaign mode from the start.
