Kojima is cynical of Japanese game developers

Kojima has been almost a pioneer amongst Japanese developers. Earlier this year, he announced that he would be rebooting his entire productions crew to focus more on globally appealing games. He is worried about his fellow Japanese contemporaries, though. Kojima is becoming increasingly disappointed that his contemporaries aren’t willing to become more open-minded when it comes to developing games.
